In 1976 the company was founded.
The independent sales representative RUDOLF MAASS founded in 1976 the company Rudolf MAASS + PARTNER KG in Hamburg.
His vision was the development and production of a salmon slicer for the industrial application. By constant, intensive collaboration of manufacturer and customers the range of articles of the Maass Slicer increased after a short time.
